Recording Categories

These are the categories under my own definition. Haha. This is by no means an industry standard definition. This is just how I group you guys so that I would know what to expect. The bulleted services listed under each category are just the most important focuses in each category. They will of course, however, be available for all categories. Meaning that even if i list modulation correcting only in the "minus one" category, I will still naturally be correcting the modulation for all voices in all categories.

Recording for Vocal Solo
|
This category consists of a group with 1 - 2 members and the instruments in the song are less than that of a full band. One of my favourite categories as the songs are usually acoustical and emphasises more on the vocals compared to other categories. If your song has only 1 or 2 person playing or singing, this is the category you belong to.
- Adding of vocal harmonization (Melodyne)
- Pitch correction
- Time correction
- Adding of Midi drums
- Availability of Syn instruments

Worship/Church Recordings

This category is dedicated for worship songs either recording for personal use or for Church. The only requirement is that the song is of worship/praise nature.
- What I can do under this category is very similar to the above categories. The main difference is more flexibility and much better rates.
- Kindly submit a Project Request for rates and details.

Instrumental

Purely instruments such as sax, keyboards, violin etc. without vocals. There will be a cap of about 5 instruments and any more than that will have to be subjected to case by case basis as my home studio is unable to accommodate an orchestra or full brass band.
- Time correcting
- Tone Editing
- Pitch correcting (For mono instruments such as sax)

Remix

Usually remixing is done for dances. I remember the times we used to use cassette to link one song after another as some of our dances consists of several songs merged as one. This time however, it will be done in CD wav audio fomat. No more rewinding and spend ages locating the starting point.
- Songs linking
- Songs merging
- Key changing
- Tempo changing
- Voice over

Ringtones

Simple remixes could be done to fit your handphone. Besides trimming the song, merging between two favourite parts of the song or between two different songs could also be done. This is subjected the what song is chosen and whether it is do-able. The rates for this is pretty low.
- Trimming
- Merging
- Linking
- Adding of foreign sounds
- Tempo editing
